Respect for Intellectual Property

ClassSwap LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of the ClassSwap platform to do the same. You may not use ClassSwap to post, share, or distribute content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading schedule screenshots, images, documents, or other materials that you do not have the right to share.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on ClassSwap infringes your copyright, please submit a report through our . Your report should include the following information:

  • Your name and contact information: your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work: a description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single report, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the infringing content: a description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on ClassSwap (for example, a URL or listing details) sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  • Good faith statement: a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy statement: a statement that the information in your report is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  • Your signature: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

We will review your report and may contact you for additional information if needed.

Repeat Infringer Policy

ClassSwap LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringement. Users who repeatedly post infringing content or are the subject of multiple valid copyright infringement reports will have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to define "repeat infringement" based on the number of valid notices received and other relevant factors.

Response to Infringement Notices

Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, ClassSwap LLC will respond promptly by removing or disabling access to the reported content. We may also notify the user who posted the content and provide them with an opportunity to respond, if appropriate. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, and take any other action we deem necessary to comply with applicable law and protect the rights of intellectual property owners.

Counter-Notices

If you believe that content you posted on ClassSwap was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice through our . Your counter-notice should include your contact information, identification of the removed content and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or any judicial district in which ClassSwap may be found if you are outside the United States).
